It is important for your self confidence that you learn how to take responsibility for how you feel and react to what people say/write/do.

If you think someone can “upset you” then hopefully this audio will get you thinking again. It is not what they say or do that upsets you but how you react to what is said/done. When you are clear about that you reach a place of empowerment because you realise nothing can hurt you unless you allow it.

Using questions to help your self confidence.

Questions are a powerful tool to use in helping you to figure out the inner limits that will stop you from living a full and happy life. When you get into the habit of asking yourself powerful questions you will find the solutions to any problem you have will always be available to you. The key is to know how to ask questions and also to ensure you are open to receiving an answer.

Build your busy day into manageable chunks so you know what needs to be done urgently and what can be delegated on to someone else.

Is it urgent and important? urgent but not important? Create categories for yourself and then work through your list.
